Business Development for Eddie Hill Consulting Group entails tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities within and between organizations. Business development for us is the creation of long-term value for an organization’s suppliers, customers, markets, and relationships.

Small Business Development

We assist our small business clients in developing their check list of business practices, such as mentoring and coaching business plans, marketing plans, introduction of new business clients, and developing strategies and planning.

We have developed training programs that are workshops for corporate buyers and suppliers, building strong business foundations, knowing the customer and their needs, developing and assisting in supplier diversity development and initiatives, DBE business and banking readiness, and training executives on why it’s importance of understanding the need for Diversity and Inclusion.

Supplier Diversity Development and Training

We assist corporations, organizations, and municipalities in developing proactive business programs that encourage and fosters the utilization of minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, LGBT-owned, and historically underutilized owned small businesses. Through this process we are hopeful, it will progressively transform the company’s supply chain.

The Business Connection Program (BCP)

The Business Connection Program (BCP) is a managed process that helps to bridge a relationship between an experienced group of minority entrepreneurs with successful business track records with corporate buyers & Supplier Diversity Managers to explore potential business relationships. This program is designed to assist corporations, organizations, municipalities who have developed a program and need assistance and support efforts in continued training and promotion of their program.

Eddie Hill Consulting Group, LLC and its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consulting Initiative is designed to assist corporate, municipal, organizations and professionals in creating tailored sustainable and successful strategies. We begin by understanding your business goals and then assessing your needs to recommend a specifically designed, customized diversity, equity, inclusion consulting solutions. We are committed to providing outstanding diversity, equity, inclusion consulting services, knowledge, and innovation. 1.   Data collection and analysis to determine the need for change.
