This Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program is a discussion held at the executive level of an organization.

Goal:

Through active conversation, advance a climate that fosters inclusion excellence./

Objective:

To broaden the knowledge of executives on effects of positive and negative views of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ensuring that leadership leaves our session with a better understanding of the importance of having a DE&I program in place. The importance awareness brings to every level of staff and its employees.

Evaluate current institutional barriers to inclusion. Eliminate all negative behavior related to power differentials that reject normalizations of bias.
